Hexahydrotriazine(HHT)

1. Introduction:

HHT is a formaldehyde releasing compound, it is little pungent. The favourable solubility properties combined with low toxicity and good skin compatibility at the dilutions used allows the application of the compound in very different fields of application, mainly as a preservative for water-based functional fluids.

2. Application:

HHT can be used as a biocide, algaecide, hydrogen sulphide scavenger and preservative in a range of oilfiled and other industrial applications. The product can be applied drectly as supplied, diluted or formulated with other components according to the application. It is compatible with anionics, cationics and other nonionics at PH8.0-12.0.

6. Storage:

under normal stroage conditions in unopened containers. Store in a cool, dry, shaded area away from heat&direct sunlight.

The product has a tendency to change colour into dark yellow/reddish colour on prolonged storage and rise in an ambient temperature.
